We continue to climb leaving out a first turning on the left, and then a second right, the trail becomes steeper until you cross another road; turn left into the thick forest of chestnut trees until you reach a secular chestnut fruit and the green hill of pasture of colle del Castelletto which is the watershed with the Maudagna Valley.
We continue to follow the trail of old walls stone up to climb on the side of the Maudagna Valley, we descend along the path tracks and in a few minutes we reach a dirt road we take downhill keeping to the right through a beautiful forest.
After the first four turns in the steeper section the road has a straight path slightly downhill until another hairpin on the left just above the Church of Miroglio, to the right begins another path that we take to reach the Col of Friosa.
We pass a house and cross the chestnut woods, after an initial stretch wider the trail becomes narrower, cut the slope of the Maudagna Valley and you can see a small group of houses (Case Scarrone).
Overcome with a bit of caution this short stretch while among the branches and leaves to the right you can see the Ridge profile that will take us back in Ellero Valley, a votive pillars is placed at the intersection of the paths at Colle della Friosa; we descend to the right along the trail always in the woods the dirt road we follow towards the left and leads us to Baracco.
